Misiner released her highly anticipated sophomore album, FOR A MOMENT, I, on October 17, 2025, in collaboration with producer Alex Meade. The project marked a breakout moment in her career, delivering her strongest streaming numbers to date and solidifying her status as a rising force out of Halifax’s vibrant music scene.

Her momentum built steadily throughout 2025. The pre-album single “1 Foot In 1 Foot Out” (March 2025) surpassed 160,000 Spotify streams, followed by “SOLO” (April 2025), which earned her first major U.S. and Canadian Apple Music editorial placements, including New in R&B, Breaking R&B, Brown Sugar, and Soul Revival. That trajectory continued with “I Saw an Angel” (September 5, 2025), which debuted on five major Apple Music playlists on release day—an especially notable milestone for an Atlantic Canadian artist. The album’s lead single “Making Love Music” further expanded her reach with Spotify editorial support from Mood Ring, Fresh Finds, and EQUAL Canada.

In 2026, Misiner received two East Coast Music Award nominations for “Breakthrough Artist of the Year” and “Soul/R&B Recording of the Year,” recognizing her growing industry presence and readiness across artistry, production, and career development.

A seasoned performer since the age of ten, Misiner has played hundreds of shows and built a strong foundation both as a solo artist and as the leader of the nine-piece Soul and R&B group Lindsay Misiner & The 7th Mystic. The band released their self-titled album on April 12, 2023, earning multiple award nominations and touring extensively across Eastern Canada.

Beyond the stage, Misiner has expanded her talents into film and television, providing vocals for three actresses in the feature film The Madones (directed by Barrie Dunn), which premiered on February 16, 2024, alongside additional voice work in Canadian animated projects.

Hot off the success of FOR A MOMENT, I, Misiner is now stepping into a defining new phase. Recently exported to Nashville, Misiner is now working with 3x Grammy Award–winning producer Shannon Sanders (India.Arie, John Legend).
